You do not need to enter any code in the field “code” unless you have been provided with one. You can proceed with the registration when you leave the field empty.

The conference ends at lunchtime on the last day.

Hotels:

The conference fee DOES NOT include accomodation and YOU MUST BOOK YOUR OWN ROOMS. We have reserved rooms at the following hotels until June 15, 2017. Let them know you are coming for the SF worldconference and the secret password “Solutions”:

Please write an email to the hotels or call them on the phone — online booking will not work as all of the rooms are booked for our conference!!!

Ramada Bad Soden (the venue): 81€ including breakfast per night ([email protected]) is fully booked.

Apart Hotel Bad Soden (simple but right next to the venue): 75 € including breakfast per night (Here you can fill in their contact form on the website and mention “Solutions” in the comment field, phone number is: 0049/(0)6196/9999-0)

Other, cheaper possibilities are:

Frankfurt Youth Hostel (you need to add about 9 € a day to get from Frankfurt to Bad Soden and back — 25 min by train): between 24 € a night in an 8-10 bed dorm and 43 € in a single room excluding breakfast

Airbnb also has offers in Bad Soden which might be a cheaper option. Please pay attention that you book in “Bad Soden / Taunus”. There is also a “Bad Soden Salmünster” which is about 150 miles away — you don’t want your hotel there. Booking in central Frankfurt would be good (check on google for public transport before you book). Most trains even from seemingly near Bad Soden will go via Frankfurt back there, so that what seems closer might not be.
