Workshop: Promote and build solution focus mindset through resource gossip

Chilpancingo de los Bravos Once people got a taste of the Solution focus, they attitude can change fast. What can help us to reach as many people as possible, and turn problem focused people, teams and organizations into solution focused ones? Resource gossip is a simple and very powerful tool that we decided to use. During this interactive workshop we will share with you our experiences and would like to learn from you. We will experiment with different variations of the tool, and look at how can we grow this into a global project. Bring your experience and your open mind to create with us a sparkling team. And yes, we will lift each other, as we always do with Resource Gossip.
Malita Bea Bincze ACC, Executive Coach, Mentor and Trainer
Bea is the project manager of the Resource Gossip project of the Hungarian Solution Focus Association. She has significant experience as a C-level executive of multinational companies in the production and service sector. Later she lead change management projects and talent program. As a committed mentor she is the head of our mentor program. As trainer and business coach, her expertise lies in leadership development, communication and presentation coaching, growth mindset, change management and decision making. As teamcoach she works with teams on improving collaboration achieving goals, using Solution Focus. She is a speech coach for TEDx and Forbes conferences.
Bea is also an active volunteer, she is the Division Director for Hungary and Austria in Toastmasters International District 95, and the manager of the PWA – Professional Women’s Association’s mentor program.
István Czombos, Consultant and Brief Coach
István is the president of the Hungarian Solution Focus Association, and the idea generator of the Resource Gossip project. He aims to transfer values, best practices amongst the nonprofit, for profit and governmental sector. To reach that István has experienced these sectors: 15 years of HR Management at multinational companies, 4 years of cohesion policy consultancy, as well as 5 years of voluntary activity at different type of civil society organisations. The title István likes most to use for describing himself is resource detective.
István is also member of the Hungarian Network of the Social Value International, and Member of the Board for the Hungarian Federation of Coaching Organisations
