How will we notice if Solution Focus became part of large scale processes in the world? What would be different in public policies, reforms and international negotiations? … and what happens when Solution Focus is used in strong dynamics of power and inequality?
Solution Focus is entering new arenas in the private and public sector´s large scale processes, and this raises new questions about what works and how it is different from using Solution Focus in other contexts. Based on experiences from using SF in large scale processes in Latin America, this space is opening of for thinking big and for reflexions on the beneficial and critical aspects of SF in macro contexts.
She is an international consultant, governmental adviser and trainer in solution building in critical situations, conflict management and change processes. She has worked with public policy programs and reforms, change processes, police and security topics, academic programs and training as well as with designing and implementing systems of alternative conflict resolution and legal mediation in Supreme Courts.
