Activity: Solution Walk
A solution walk is an effective solution focused coaching session which takes place while walking together.
When you walk, you move your body, your circulation is improved and your oxygen supply increases, helping you to feel more alert and alive. All of a sudden, perspectives are shifted and new ideas and solutions emerge. You begin to see things from different perspectives and angles.
Or putting it with Steve de Shazer’s words: “Where you stand determines what you see and what you do not see; it determines also the angle you see it from; a change in where you stand changes everything.”
Elisabeth has a master in Business Economics from the WU Wien and ESSCA Angers. She has worked in finance and project management for multinational companies (Unilever, Baxter, GlaxoSmithKline) and international non-profit organizations. Since 2008 she has been sharing the holistic perspective she gained through her work experience as a consultant, trainer and (project) coach. Beside her profound knowledge of finance and project management Elisabeth is a solution focused coach as well as an instructor for yoga and meditation. She loves to find solutions (not only in projects) and to walk.
